James Armstrong, PhD

Jim Armstrong is the founder and Managing Director of Integral Collaborations, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant, coach and psychologist. His experience includes working with a wide range of leaders from major global 
corporations to mid and small sized firms including start-ups. 

He has consulted in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, utility, health-care, advertising, airline, capital management, petroleum and higher education.

He has also served on the faculty of numerous universities in the US and Mexico in organizational development, MBA and psychology departments.

He received his doctorate in counseling, clinical psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and has received additional training with certificates in coaching, organizational development, appreciative inquiry, team development and strategic planning.

He works 1:1 with coaching clients as well as with groups and teams. As project requirements require he partners with seasoned and equally well-qualified group of consultants and coaches to deliver projects deliverables.

He is affiliated with the American Psychological Association and the International Coaching Federation.

 Maria de los Angeles Cinta, MA

Managing partner with Integral Colaborations, Inc. She is a solutions-focused, results driven management and change consultant, coach and former senior executive. Her focus is on developing internal capabilities and collaborative environments for the execution of business initiatives that involve multiple and diverse stakeholders. 

With her over 25 years of global experience, she applies her consulting expertise for leaders and teams to design and implement change initiatives, improve their operational effectiveness while contributing to the organization's sustainable performance and measurable business results.

She is a highly effective program leader with a proven record of successfully directing and coordinating numerous projects in the energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, aeronautics, agribusiness, transportation, social service and educational industries.

She received her MA is Organizational Development and Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her BA in Psychology is from the University of the Americas in Mexico. She has numerous certifictates in organizational development and design,  high performance teams, coaching and leadership development.

Associate with international organizations such as the Boxley Group, the Bath Consultancy Group, The World Cafe Community Foundation and Human Management Systems. 

She is fluent in English and Spanish
